Your first order is at the regular price

The Autoship saving starts with your next delivery, not with the order that starts the plan.

First order at the regular price
The order that starts an Autoship (at checkout, from a past order or from My Autoship) is charged at the regular price. No Autoship discount applies to it.
Saving from the next delivery
Every scheduled delivery after the first order gets 5% off the products on the plan (some products have their own %). You see the price in My Autoship before each delivery.
Your schedule
Choose every 2-8 weeks and the next delivery date. We remind you 5 days before and prepare the order 3 days before delivery; changes after that apply to the delivery after it.
Skip, pause or cancel
Skip up to 3 deliveries in a row, pause, or cancel anytime with no fee. Cancel before your next delivery and no Autoship discount is given.
:limit skips in a row
If the whole plan is skipped 2 times in a row, the delivery after them comes at the regular price, without the Autoship discount. The 5% saving returns from the delivery after that one. Leaving out one item while the rest still ships does not count, and pausing does not reset the count.
Starting from a past order
Turn on Autoship for a past order in My orders. That order is not changed or re-priced; the saving starts with the next delivery you pick.
Prices and payment
Each delivery uses the price of the day minus your Autoship %, plus the delivery charge for your area (free when Free delivery applies). Pay cash on delivery, or online from My Autoship.

The Autoship saving is for repeat deliveries. The order that starts an Autoship is charged at the regular price and the 5% saving starts with the next delivery. This keeps the discount fair for pet parents who stay on Autoship.

You can skip whenever you need to. But if the whole plan is skipped 2 times in a row, the next delivery that comes is at the regular price, without the Autoship discount. After that delivery, your 5% saving is back.

Yes. Open My account > My orders and tap "Turn on Autoship" on the order. Pick the items, the next delivery date and how often. The past order is not changed; the saving starts with that next delivery.

We send the rest of your box and let you know. The missing item comes with the next delivery.

Yes. Cat food, dog chews and litter can all ship together in one box, or you can keep separate plans.
