Is your leather genuine?
Every wallet, belt and bag is made from genuine full-grain or top-grain cowhide, tanned in Bangladesh. We never use PU or bonded leather.
Will the leather colour change over time?
Yes, beautifully. Full-grain leather develops a patina — it darkens and softens with use, making each piece unique.
How do I choose my belt size?
Take your trouser waist size and add two inches. For example, a 32-inch waist needs a 34-inch belt.
How long does delivery take?
Orders inside Dhaka usually arrive within 1–2 days. Outside that area delivery takes a little longer and we share the tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Is there free delivery?
Yes — delivery is free on orders over ৳2,000. Below that a small flat delivery charge is shown at checkout before you confirm.
Do you offer personalisation?
We can emboss initials on most wallets and belts. Add your initials in the order note — it adds one day to dispatch.
What warranty do you provide?
All leather goods carry a six-month warranty on stitching and hardware. We repair or replace anything that fails under normal use.
How do I care for my leather?
Wipe with a dry cloth, keep away from water and heat, and apply leather conditioner every three to four months.
