Help & info
Questions? We're here.
Will the case fit my exact phone model?
Each case lists the compatible models on its product page. If your model is not listed, message us before ordering and we will confirm the fit.
Do your cases support wireless charging?
Yes, all slim and fabric cases work with wireless and MagSafe-style chargers. Cases with card slots may need the cards removed while charging.
How do I clean fabric and leather accessories?
Wipe fabric with a damp cloth and a drop of mild soap; let it air dry. Leather only needs a dry soft cloth and a leather balm every few months.
How long does delivery take?
Orders inside Dhaka usually arrive within 1–2 days. Outside that area delivery takes a little longer and we share the tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Is there free delivery?
Yes — delivery is free on orders over ৳2,000. Below that a small flat delivery charge is shown at checkout before you confirm.
Can I exchange a product?
Unused items in original packaging can be exchanged within 7 days. Just message us your order number to arrange it.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order ships in a reusable cotton pouch. Add a gift note at checkout and we will hand-write it on a card.
Are your materials eco-friendly?
We favour recycled fabrics, plant-based TPU and vegetable-tanned leather, and we are steadily removing plastic from our packaging.
